Who we are

This website is operated by Abundant Life Senior Care, a Washington Department of Social and Health Services–certified Adult Family Home with room for six residents. We provide residential care in a private home setting, including support for memory, mobility, and everyday living.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to families, keep the site secure, and understand how the site is used.

• Tour and contact details you submit: name, phone number, optional email, the kind of care you are exploring, and any message you write.
• Technical and security data: browser type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and Cloudflare Turnstile results used to reduce spam.
• Usage data from Google Analytics (measurement ID G-0BF4T5VFBQ), which helps us see which pages are useful—not to sell advertising against your inquiry.

Health-related details in an inquiry

If you mention a diagnosis, mobility need, dementia support, or similar information in a tour request, we treat that as confidential consumer health information. We use it only to understand whether our home may be a fit and to prepare for a visit.

We do not sell this information. We do not use it to build advertising profiles. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Under Washington’s My Health My Data Act, you may ask us what consumer health data we hold from a website inquiry, ask us to delete it, or ask us not to collect it in the future.

How we use information

We use website and inquiry information to:

• Return your call or email and schedule a private tour.
• Keep a record of families who have asked about availability.
• Protect the form from bots and abuse.
• Improve the clarity and performance of this website.

Where information is stored

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Tour submissions are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database used by our staff dashboard. Analytics and bot-protection tools are provided by Google and Cloudflare. Those companies process data according to their own policies, under contracts that limit how it may be used.

We keep inquiry records as long as they are useful for follow-up and home operations, then delete or de-identify them. You may email us to request deletion of a tour submission.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site may set cookies or similar storage for analytics and to remember a Turnstile check. You can block cookies in your browser; the pages will still load, though the tour form may ask you to complete a verification step.

We do not use the website to run third-party advertising networks.

Resident care records

Clinical, medication, and daily-care records for people who live in the home are kept under Washington adult family home rules and, where applicable, federal health-privacy law. Those records are not collected through this public website. If you are a resident or legal representative, ask us for our Notice of Privacy Practices and how to access or amend a care record.

Children

This site is meant for adults exploring care for themselves or a loved one. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices

You may decline to submit the tour form and call us instead. You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information, or to send a copy of what you submitted. For Washington consumer health data requests, email us with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We will need enough detail to find your inquiry and may verify that we are speaking with you or your authorized representative.
