These terms apply to alseniorcare.com. They cover the public website only. Moving into the home requires a separate admission agreement, assessment, and Washington adult family home paperwork. If something on the site conflicts with a signed care agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Who may use this site
You may browse this site to learn about the home, view photographs, and request a tour. Do not use the site in a way that disrupts it, probes it for security gaps, or submits false information.
What the website is—and is not
The site describes a licensed adult family home in Renton, Washington. Content is educational and invitational. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a guarantee of placement, or a quote of monthly fees.
Availability, care needs, and pricing are confirmed only after a conversation, a tour, and an assessment of whether we can safely support the person who would live here. We care for a maximum of six residents and may decline an admission when the fit is not right.
Tours and inquiries
Submitting the tour form is a request to be contacted, not a reservation. We may follow up by phone or email. Please do not include Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, or full medical records in the message field.
Photographs show life in and around the home. Rooms, furnishings, and seasonal details can change. A tour is the way to see the house as it is today.
Licensing
Abundant Life Senior Care operates as a Washington DSHS-certified Adult Family Home. Licensing, inspections, and resident rights are governed by Washington law, including Chapter 70.128 RCW and applicable WAC rules—not by this website. You can look up adult family home information through Washington’s DSHS locator and the Residential Care Services program.
Intellectual property
The Abundant Life name, logo, writing, and original photographs on this site belong to us or to people who have licensed them to us. You may share a page link. You may not copy the site, scrape its images for another business, or present our content as your own.
Gallery photographs include residents, families, and staff. Please treat them with the same respect you would want for your own family.
Third-party services
The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and security, Google Analytics for measurement, and Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated spam. Their terms apply to their services. We are not responsible for websites we link to, including maps.
Disclaimer and limitation
The website is provided as-is. We work to keep information current, but hours, services, and contact details can change. To the fullest extent Washington law allows, Abundant Life Senior Care is not liable for damages that arise only from using or being unable to use this website. This limit does not affect rights you have as a resident, applicant, or family member under adult family home, consumer, or health-care law.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about the website that cannot be resolved directly will be handled in the state or federal courts serving King County, Washington.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
